By creating an account or using BeLocal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use BeLocal.
You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant BeLocal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app to provide the service, consistent with your chosen visibility settings.
You agree not to post content or engage in conduct that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others, spam, scrape, or attempt to breach security.
BeLocal has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content and block users in the app. We review reports and will remove violating content and may suspend or remove accounts within 24 hours of a valid report.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice where appropriate.
BeLocal integrates Google Maps/Places and sign-in providers. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, BeLocal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Place data (hours, ratings) may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
